Effective August 2, 2026. These terms apply to paid advisory and working sessions purchased from TeeJay's Tech Tools.
What is included
The purchased session includes the stated meeting time, focused preparation based on the information you provide, and the stated follow-up summary. A session does not include implementation, code delivery, advertising management, system access, or an ongoing engagement unless separately agreed in writing.
Scheduling
After payment and intake, TeeJay's Tech Tools will coordinate the session time. Sessions should normally be used within 60 days of purchase.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as used because the time was reserved and preparation may already be complete. If TeeJay's Tech Tools must cancel, you may reschedule or request a refund.
Business decisions
The session provides practical analysis and recommendations based on the information available. You remain responsible for legal, tax, financial, employment, safety, warranty, repair, advertising, and operational decisions and should use appropriately licensed professionals where required.
Authorized information
Provide only information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, full payment-card data, unnecessary customer records, health information, or other sensitive personal data.
Payment and refunds
Payment is collected by Square. Completed working sessions are nonrefundable. Before the session occurs, refund requests are reviewed based on preparation already performed and the cancellation terms above.
