Subscription scope

The $499 monthly AutoLister launch plan covers one dealership rooftop, one approved inventory source, the Chrome package, the operator-controlled workflow, the onboarding packet, and reasonable initial setup support. Additional rooftops, custom source development, or materially different workflows require a separate written scope.

License

During an active subscription, the customer receives a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for the approved dealership and operators documented during onboarding. The software may not be resold, shared with another business, copied for an unapproved rooftop, reverse engineered, or used to provide unauthorized access.

Inventory source and onboarding

A dealer-provided HTTPS feed is preferred. A compatible public dealership website may be used when the dealer is authorized to use that data and the source can be supported reliably. Payment does not by itself mean the installation is live. TeeJay's Tech Tools must validate the source, field mapping, operator access, and first controlled run before activation is considered complete.

Authorized and responsible use

You may use AutoLister only with vehicle inventory, websites, accounts, photos, and data you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for account access, advertising disclosures, listing accuracy, platform compliance, customer communications, and the final decision to publish, update, or remove a listing. AutoLister does not bypass login, permission, security, or final-publish controls.

Script-based workflow

The offered workflow is script based and does not require AI. Dashboard actions can preload inventory and prepare reviews for changed prices, newly added units, and units no longer present in the approved source. An operator remains responsible for reviewing and applying Marketplace actions.

Compatibility and third-party services

AutoLister depends on Google Chrome, the approved inventory source, Facebook Marketplace, Square, and related third-party systems. Those systems can change without notice. Continuous compatibility, Marketplace eligibility, reach, leads, sales, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.

Payment, renewal, and cancellation

The subscription is $499 per month and is billed through Square until canceled. A cancellation stops future renewals after the current paid period. Fees already paid are not prorated except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights.

Initial setup and refunds

Contact TeeJay's Tech Tools promptly if a technical problem prevents initial activation. If the agreed source cannot be supported after a reasonable setup attempt and no acceptable alternative is agreed, the customer may request a refund of the initial AutoLister payment.

Support and updates

Reasonable initial setup support and maintenance of the included workflow are part of an active subscription. New inventory sources, platform-change repairs requiring a redesign, custom integrations, and major scope additions may require a separate written offer. Access may be disabled for nonpayment, chargebacks, refunded purchases, abusive activity, security threats, or material violations of these terms.

Liability boundary

AutoLister is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. TeeJay's Tech Tools is not responsible for platform restrictions, account actions, inaccurate source data, buyer behavior, missed sales, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the software. You must review proposed changes before applying them.
