Purchase and license terms.
Last updated August 2, 2026. These terms apply to DealerLister purchases from TeeJay's Tech Tools.
License
A DealerLister Lite purchase grants the buyer a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for one activated Chrome installation unless the checkout offer says otherwise. The software may not be resold, shared, copied for another business, reverse engineered, or used to provide unauthorized access.
Authorized and responsible use
You may use DealerLister only with vehicle inventory, websites, accounts, photos, and data you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for account access, advertising disclosures, listing accuracy, platform compliance, customer communications, and the final decision to publish. DealerLister does not bypass login, permission, security, or final-publish controls.
Compatibility and third-party services
DealerLister depends on Google Chrome, supported inventory pages, Facebook Marketplace, and optional third-party services such as OpenAI. Those services can change without notice. Continuous compatibility, Marketplace eligibility, reach, leads, sales, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Third-party fees, including optional OpenAI API usage, are not included unless the checkout offer expressly says so.
Payment and refunds
The displayed price is charged through Square. Contact TeeJay's Tech Tools within 14 calendar days of purchase if a technical problem prevents initial activation. If the supported setup cannot be completed after a reasonable support attempt, you may request a refund of the DealerLister purchase price. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Support and updates
Reasonable initial setup support is included. Future features, new inventory sources, platform-change repairs, and major upgrades may require a separate offer. License access may be disabled for chargebacks, refunded purchases, abusive activity, security threats, or material violations of these terms.
Liability boundary
DealerLister is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. TeeJay's Tech Tools is not responsible for platform restrictions, account actions, inaccurate source data, buyer behavior, missed sales, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the software. You must review all prepared content before publishing.
